How to make Shredded Taco Chicken in the PRESSURE COOKER

Shredded Taco Chicken in the Pressure Cooker This is by far my favorite way to make chicken for taco night. It is super simple and quick to do. You are going to start out with 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. I like to trim off any fat from the chicken before cooking. You will also need a packet of taco seasoning. You could also make some homemade taco seasoning if you don't have a packet on had. I also add some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste for extra flavor. The last ingredient is 2 cups of salsa. I have an amazing salsa recipe that I use if you need one! Next you add a little bit of your salsa to the bottom of the pressure cooker and top with your chicken and seasonings. Then you want to cover everything in the remaining salsa. You do not need to add any more liquid to your pot unless your salsa is super thick. I find that the salsa has enough moisture and works just fine coming up to pressure and cooking. Set your pressure cooker valve to SEAL and cook on HI

Why I love Aldi

Why I Love Shopping At Aldi I have shared a lot of haul videos on my YouTube channel of the things that I buy at Aldi and I have shared how much I love this store, but I wanted to make a physical post showing you what I buy almost every time I am in this store. I wanted to show you things that could save you a ton of money on your grocery bill, and products that I think are better than some name brands. First I want to say that Aldi is a relatively small store. There are no where near the options as at Walmart or Dillons (Kroger). That can be either good or bad depending on how you like to shop. If you are someone that buys mostly name brand products then Aldi may not be your one stop shop. They do carry different "name brands" but they are usually changing depending on what they get in, however they carry a great variety of their brand of products which I have come to love. One reason I love shopping at Aldi is because it keeps me on track. I am not impulsively buying a ton
